We offer standard shipping and tracking on all orders.

  • Orders under 5kg: flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies
  • Orders 5kg and over: flat shipping rate of $12.00 applies

International

We use DHL to deliver goods and offer standard shipping and tracking on all orders.

  • Flat rate: $30 shipping rate applies.

When will you dispatch my order?

We dispatch all order within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once an order has been picked up from our office, we estimate delivery to be:

Australia
  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days
  • Adelaide: 2-4 business days
  • Perth and Tasmania: 5-7 business days
  • Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days
  • Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery
International
  • Approximately 7-10 business days

Orders placed during public and festive holidays may take a little longer to arrive. You will be kept up to date via email as to how your order is tracking.

Signature on delivery

Our courier requires a signature to ensure a safe delivery.

If you or someone at the delivery location is unable to sign for the package, it will either be re-delivered as arranged by you (a note with instructions will be provided by the courier) or alternatively, dropped off at a nearby collection point.

Any person who signs and accepts the package on your behalf, tells us that your package has been delivered, and becomes your responsibility from there on.

What is a collection point?

Collection points are typically a nearby newsagent or convenience store. These are open longer hours as well as weekends for more convenient collection of parcels.

Authority to leave

Authority to Leave tells us that you would like your parcel delivered on the courier’s first attempt at delivery, even if no one is available to sign for it. This service is only available within Australia.

If you would like to take advantage of this, email us immediately after placing your order, stating your order confirmation.

If you request Authority to Leave, People’s Collective will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. We suggest signature on delivery to avoid any problems.

PO Box and parcel lockers

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, sorry!

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your delivery.

Duties and taxes

People’s Collective does not cover any additional duties, taxes or customs applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing or shipping cost and are at the receiver’s expense.

Damaged parcels

When receiving your package, if it appears damaged or opened, do not accept or open the package. It will be returned to our office and we will contact you to organise re-shipment.

If you have accepted it, email us immediately for further instructions. We may require photos of the parcel before advising of the next steps.
